Universe in a Box
Polycarbonate sheets, SS rivets and rings, digitally designed transparent stickers.
This kinetic sculpture explores the interconnectedness of sacred geometry, tensegrity structures, and the universe — through moiré patterns. The transparency and self-similarity in structure, grid, and interference lends periodic harmony to elements in transformation. It reminds me of the expanding universe, and even hints at principles of holography.
